African Unique Safaris and Tours, a trusted and proven name in providing unforgettable travel experiences in Rwanda and beyond, is looking for a motivated and high-energy Operations Manager to join our team.
Role Responsibilities:
• Lead daily team meetings to prioritize tasks and set the agenda for the day.
• Manage and triage incoming inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with agents and guests.
• Review all proposals and quotes before they are approved and sent to clients.
• Organize driver guide briefings and ensure trip allowances are properly managed.
• Pay suppliers on time and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Host farewell dinners for guests, collecting valuable feedback and ensuring a memorable conclusion to their trip.
• Protect and enhance our perfect 5-star TripAdvisor rating, while increasing the number of positive reviews.
• Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their best performance.
• Ensure exceptional communication throughout the business.
• Monitor vehicle usage within company guidelines.
• Manage standards of driver guides to deliver consistent excellence, safety and compliance.
• Drive success with passion, energy, and commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role.
• Experienced in using Office 365 suite of apps including TEAMS, Excel, PowerPoing, SharePoint, Outlook etc.
