Background information about the job or company:

The Rwanda Social Security Board is seeking an Officer, Compensation & Benefits to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Responsibilities or duties:

  • Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies
  • Analyze compensation data and market trends
  • Manage employee performance and rewards programs

Qualifications or requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven record in understanding performance management tools and setting KPIs

Experience needed:

2 years of relevant experience

  • Analyze compensation data and market trends
