NGALI ENERGY LTD, hereinafter called Client, invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the following tender:

Tender No: NCBS 001/1/NE/25 for NGALI ENERGY AND NGALI POWER WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT.

The Tender Document may be obtained from the Procurement Office of Ngali Energy Ltd Located on the 5^th Floor, BODIFA HOUSE (Opposite Parliament Building).

Interested bidders should pay a non-refundable fee of 10,000 RWF as cost of tender document on Ngali Energy Account No 211/179736/15100/0 GT Bank. The copy of receipt will be presented to get the Bidding Book and original will be included in the bid offer.

Well prepared bids, properly bound and presented in one copy of which is original, must reach the Procurement Office at the address mentioned above not later than

Monday 17/2/2025 at 10h00. Late bids will be rejected.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at Ngali Energy Ltd at 10h30 on the same date of submission and same place.

The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and Title.
