The Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC_HIN)(hereinafter called ‘’Client”)funded by the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC)towards the cost of Multimedia Content Production for Community Health Workers (CHWs) Professional Demonstration Modules. The Client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued. Other details are below:

1. The Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC_HIN) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the provision of multimedia production services, including video and audio production, animations, and other illustrations, as detailed in the Tender documents. This tender comprises One (1) lot covering all of the above services.
2. Tender Documents will be obtained through email:administration@ciichin.org after submitting the payment proof of a non-refundable fees equivalent to Ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 Rwf) payable to the CIIC-HIN Account No:20095854004 Opened in I&M Bank (Rwanda) Plc.

4. Well prepared bids in two hard copies and sealed envelopes, must be submitted to CIIC-HIN Offices located at Gasabo District; Nduba Sector; Gatunga Cell; Plot:Plot 1603, not later than 06 October 2025 at 10h00. Late bids will be rejected. 
5. Opening of the bids shall be done physically in presence of bidders’ representatives on 06 October 2025 at 10h30. 
6. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 031/2022 Of 21/11/2022 Rwanda Governing Public Procurement as modified and complemented to date.
