We are looking for a professional Real Estate Marketing and Sales Officer. The Officer's responsibilities include marketing and providing guidance to buyers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate marketing. .

Responsibilities
• Promote sales through advertisements and digital marketing.
• Provide guidance and assistance and buyers in marketing and purchasing property
• Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements/Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Marketing is a must
• Not less than 3 years of experience in a related field
• Very Good in English, French, and Kinyarwanda
• Working experience in Marketing and sales record
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Graphics familiarity would be a bonus
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Pleasant and trustworthy
