JOB DETAILS:
A highly self-motivated, organized and energetic individual who has substantial experience in the field of Pharmaceutical products. Must have a thorough understanding of the healthcare market and will have substantial client facing experience with corporate clients, including wholesalers and key distributor accounts across 3 territories Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda (East African Market). A history of building excellent customer relationships and having a sound understanding of the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Job Requirements:
1. Develop new and grow existing accounts of wholesalers, importers and key local distributors across East African market.
2. Mapping the market, identifying new business opportunities and implementing growth strategies to increase overall sales revenue.
3. Obtains orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to meet/call on existing or potential clients in the target market.
4. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature and meeting targets in value and volume across all the three markets
5. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
6. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
7. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making suitable recommendations to the management.
8. Co-ordinate with Head Office and Procurement team to ensure customer orders are executed smoothly.
9. Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
10. Willingness to travel for up to 3 weeks a month

Qualifications and other requirements
The candidates must:

• Graduate preferably with B.Pharma/B.Sc.
• Minimum 4-5 years of Pharma Sales Experience with exceptional sales history.
• Performance Experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company desirable
• High proficiency in English & French, with strong analytical and communication skills.
