• Equity Bank Rwanda Plc hereby invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the following tenders mentioned in the table below:
• Tender Number: Proposed Construction Of Nyagatare
• Tender; Branch Eqbr002/Itt/09/2021
• The tender document, in English, may be obtained from our Head Offices located at Grande
• Pension Plaza 3 Floor during working hours from September 27, 2021, or by requesting it through an email addressed to rw-procurementcommittee@equitybank.co.rw 
• Enquiries can be sent to Equity Bank Rwanda Plc, P.O. Box 494 Kigali, Rwanda or through
• email: rw-procurementcommittee@equitybank.co.rw 
• Well printed bids, properly bound, prepared in English shall be presented in two copies, one
• original and a copy and addressed to Equity Bank Procurement Committee will be dropped on 03rd floor of their Head Offices during working hours by October 06, 2021 by 10:00 AM Bidders will also submit dully prices BOQ in Excel
• The outer envelope must clearly indicate respective tender number, title, and phone
• number of the bidder. 6. A compulsory site visit is scheduled for Friday 01 October 2021, in Nyagatare starting at
