Supply and delivery of 10 Laptop computers and 1 Photocopy machine

Under Inclusive Nutrition and Early Childhood Development (INECD) project, UMUHUZA invites local suppliers to bid for the opportunity to supply and deliver of 10 laptop computers and 1 Photocopy machine (with options of printing and scan). Specifications are found in the tender document.

The related tender document is provided after presenting a deposit slip of a non-refundable amount of 10,000 RWF on bank account number 25043589001 of Umuhuza Organization in I&M Bank, Kigali-Rwanda
The bids will be presented in two copies of which, an original and one copy in a sealed envelope that must be deposited at the UMUHUZA head Office located at Kigali-Remera- Rukiri 11, KG 125 ST 3 Near IKARO PLAZA and Remera Bus Station, latest on January 14th, 2022 at 15:00 PM.

The tender document detailing requirements of the tender is available for collection at UMUHUZA reception.

Submission Procedure
Bids must include: Items names, unit & total cost including VAT, EBM registration certificate, RDB certificate, VAT certificate, Tax Clearance certificate, Performance letters/ Letters of successful completion from three recognized companies in similar/related supply and payment slip of 10,000 RWF non-refundable
