Job Description
- Elaborate strategies enhancing institutional partnership and collaboration with development partners;
- Setup a network of liaison officers within National, Regional and International Law Enforcement Bodies;
- Provide relevant information and data to the hierarchy on Regional and International activities involving the organization;
- Prepare and submit monthly activity report to the Head of INTERPOL and Cooperation
- Arrange inwards and outwards visits;
- Prepare on a quarterly basis a summary of the implementation status of the resolutions of Regional and International Bodies of which the organization is a member;
- Establish contacts and manage relationship and communication with the organization’s partners and take part in negotiation and implementation of signed MOUsbetween the organization and its partners;
Job Profile
- Bachelordegree in Law, Communication, International Relations, Administration or other related fields with 4 years of working experience.

- Knowledge and understanding of the Rwandan and international Criminal Justice System;
- Knowledge of cooperation and mutual legal assistance;
- High analytical skills;
- Report writing and presentation skills;
- Computer Literacy;
- Coordination, planning and organizational skills;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Collaboration and team working spirit;
- Effective communication skills;
- Administrative skills;
- Time management skills;
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and French.
