BACKGROUND:
In April 2022, KCB Bank Ruanda PLC merged with Bengue Populaire du Rwanda PLC and formed BPR Bank Rwanda PLC The merged entity has around 146 branches which are in the process to be re-branded to BPR Bank Rwanda PLC, to meet up with the requirements and guidelines by the regulator
The bank therefore intends to prequality locally registered Business Partners to offer Marketing and Communication Services ranging from: Internal and external Signage production of branded materials Promotional Items Printing Services, Audio Visio Services, and Event management REQUEST:

Submission Procedure
All interested and locally registered Companies are requested to submit their expression of Interests to BPR Bank Rwanda PLC. The expression of interest to be submitted should address the service providers ability to carry out the services above. Detailed Tender Documents can be picked from BPR Head Offices located at KN 67 Street 2 in the procurement office situated in floor of the BPR Towers. Submission of the proposals should not be later than Tuesday 5 July 2022 at 4:00 PM in well-sealed envelopes to the Head of Operations of the Bank Done at Kigali on 28 June 2022
