Job Description

• Develop an annual audit program for HR management (files and career of personnel);
  
• Prevent/Identify illegal or fraudulent acts as well as any other act contrary to legal texts, ethics or code of conduct;
  
• Develop quantitative and qualitative evaluation performance indicators and achievement of objectives for different departments/units;
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of procedures and propose appropriate reviews when need arises;
  
• Develop an annual audit program for financial activities and evaluate its implementation;
  
• Give opinions on periodical financial statements produced by financial unit;
  
• Supervise budget implementation;
  
• Check the implementation and compliance with procedures of budgetary control.
  
• Check the safety of the institution’s assets and carry out regular physical checks;
  
• Control the allocation of material resources to different units and ensure that it is put on good use;
  Job Profile
  
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Public Finance, Management or other related field with 4 years of working experience.

• Knowledge of financial, HR regulations and procedures;
  
• Conversant with financial software’s;

• Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and French
