JOB DETAILS:
National Identification Agency .

  Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual audit plan;
• Prepare a risk based audit plan;
• Design the audit plan with clear timing;
• Ensure that the annual audit plan is approved by management of the institution and submitted to MINECOFIN;
• Review of financial statements ( Monthly and Annually);
• Provides Findings to the units under audit;
• Provides final reports to the Director General;
• Gives advice on the appropriateness of accounting records and financial reporting;
• Carrying out annual systems audits;
• Following up audit recommendations;
• Summarizes Internal Audit activities in a consolidated report to be submitted to the audit committee;
• Carry out compliance audit;
• Provide advisory services.
• To perform any other assignment given to him/her by his/her supervisors.

  Key technical skills and knowledge required:
• Detailed knowledge of financial and audit standards, HR and Financial regulations, procedures
