JOB DETAILS:
Remote Group (www.remotegroup.com/www.remotepartners.com) owns an AAC factory where we are manufacturing Aerated Autoclaved Concrete blocks, used for construction purposes. It is a complicated production process including ball milling, mixing, cutting, and autoclaving. There are a lot of mechanical and hydraulic parts, pipelines and valves on the plant which needs daily maintenance.
The following position is available;
Job Title: Industrial Mechanical and Welding Specialist
Location: Rwamagana
Summary:
The role holder will be part of the mechanical maintenance team of the plant equipment. .

Key Responsibilities
• Slurry pump, Water pump, and Sludge servicing and fixing.
• Heavy-duty Gearbox maintenance and monitoring.
• Hydraulics circuits and valves servicing and fixing.
• Pneumatics line and valves servicing.
• Steam line valves servicing and fixing.
• Pipeline welding work – Steam, water & air pipeline.

Job Skills: Not Specified

Key Requirements and Qualifications
• Diploma or Technical school graduation.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a similar profile.
• An in-depth understanding of Industrial Maintenance activities.
