In-House Consultancy on Strategic Prepositioning for Integrated HIV/AIDS Health Programming tender at World Vision International

World Vision International (Rwanda) is looking for a qualified and reputable firm to conduct an IN-HOUSE CONSULTANCY ON STRATEGIC PREPOSITIONING FOR INTEGRATED HIV/AIDS HEALTH PROGRAMMING. Participation in the competition is therefore open and on equal conditions.

Instructions to bidders:

1. All interested firms shall express their interest in this EXOI by 22nd October 2025 at 05.00 PM (the details provided will serve to create the profile of the consultant in the WVR e-procurement system “Coupa”);
2. An email will be sent to all interested bidders through the WVR e-procurement system (Coupa) on 23rd October 2025 at 10.00 am. 
3. Please note that all tendering processes and bid submissions will be done through (online) WVR e-procurement (Coupa); no hard copies will be accepted.

5. Any bidder who will not comply with the instructions to the bidders will automatically be disqualified.
