Job Description

• Leading the Imihigo evaluation teams of researchers during report auditing, interviews, and field visits;
  
• Conduct focus group discussion, interviews and field visits during the Imihigo evaluation period;
  
• Conduct the quarterly, mid term and end term Imihigo evaluations;
  
• Conduct the evaluation of Districts and Ministries Action plans;
  
• Consolidate all the assessment reports submitted by all team members on daily basis during the evaluation and then submit them to coordination team;
  
• Ensure smooth communication within the team and for Imihigo implementing entities including districts;
  
• Produce final evaluation reports after each evaluation phase (quarterly, Mid term and final evaluation) including district profiles and summary documents describing key messages and implications for subsequent Imihigo evaluation;
  
• Facilitate the analysis team by sharing all required information related to the field work activities,Etc
  

Job Profile

• University degree in either statistics, mathematics, economics, demography, project management or development studies;
  
• A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in planning and monitoring, evaluation or project management in public or private sector;
  
• Specific experience in doing qualitative and quantitative research is an added value;
  
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision;
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of national planning processes;
  
• Demonstrated writing skills in English;
  
• Availability and readiness to start working immediately after recruitment;
  
• Having worked for similar assignment will be an asset.
