We are currently seeking the following position:
Global Event Rental specialist & Sales Support
Your Role
Under the supervision of the Swiss Event Rental Manager in Switzerland, your role will be to manage all back-office operations of Swiss Event rentals our Events rental activities and operations globally. Your main tasks will be the following in respective fields:
Administrative tasks:
- Understand and manage all internal tools (ERP, eshop) in particular the online shop inducing reduction of technical requirements & functionalities and management of technical partners and deadlines
- Understand, write, answer and send potential quotation to customers and respond to their questions
- Manage the rental/event calendar and inventory
- Pick up phone call on all office lines and pass to the respective person
Etc.
Sales & Marketing tasks :
- Create newsletter and various marketing and social media activities
- Proactive sales activities and meetings booking
- Assist project managers to produce PowerPoint presentation, search for location and other events provider to offer the best possible solutions to our customers.
Your profile
- You have good experience in sales and telemarketing as well as the in back office operations. Ideally a good experience in online sales and warehouse management would be a great asset.
- You like to develop relationship with people. You are a structured and organized person comfortable with systems such as an ERP, you are self-driven and highly independent with natural drive. You are ambitious and like to do things in the proper way.
- Your ethical behavior and trust count in everything you do. Respecting company and stakeholder values as well as ethic is a must. Being a team player will ease your work with our multicultural team.
Skills required
- Perfectly fluent French and English both speaking and writing
- Experience in ERP usage and integrated systems, Microsoft Office as well as online shop and web technologies
- Results driven, analytical and business sensitive, have an eye for details
- Good communicator
