4. Bidding document written in English will be obtained from 7th July 2023 from the above address and payment of 20,000Rwf for bidding documents shall be made on the following bank account: 211/179736/1/5100/0 GT Bank
5. Well prepared bids, properly organized, must reach the Procurement Office at the same address, not later than 11th August, 2023 at 10h00AM Kigali time.
6. Electronic bidding will not be permitted
7. Late bids will be rejected.
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
