Dear Sir/Madam,

Old Mutual Insurance Rwanda Plc (OMIR) hereby invites qualified and eligible suppliers to submit their quotations for the above-mentioned lots under a framework agreement. Suppliers may submit quotations for one or both lots.

Participation Requirements

Interested bidders must pay a non-refundable participation fee of RWF 15,000 to one of the following accounts:

Note: Proof of payment must be attached to the bid submission. This is a mandatory requirement for bid evaluation.

Key Submission Details

• Submission Deadline: Thursday, 25th July 2025 at 2:00 PM
• Submission Mode: Physical submission in a sealed envelope clearly indicating the Lot number, at Old Mutual offices – Grand Pension Plaza, 7th Floor, Kigali.
• Clarifications: Any request for clarification must be sent in writing to ProcurementRW@oldmutual.rw no later than three (3) days before the submission deadline.
