The F&B Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets at Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course, including various bars, restaurants, and lounges. The role requires a hands-on leader committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities or duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets
• Train and supervise F&B staff
• Ensure exceptional service and quality across all outlets
• Collaborate with kitchen teams for food preparation
• Manage inventory and control costs

Qualifications or requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of F&B service experience
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Experience needed:

Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
