Background:
Feminist Action Development Ambition (FADA) is a feminist, community-led organization based in Rwanda, dedicated to advancing the rights, health, and wellbeing of marginalized women.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Manage grant and donor financial management.
- Provide people management and capacity building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of financial management experience.
- CPA/ACCA certification required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years at a senior management level.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
