Expression Of Interest for The Sale of Mixed Scrap Materials tender at Rutongo Mines Ltd

Rutongo Mines Limited hereinafter referred to as Rutongo Mines, Rutongo, or the Client, is a Rwanda-registered Mining company under registration number Reg. N°. 101907021. Rutongo Mines Limited holds a 25-year mining license in Rulindo District, Northern Province, Rwanda.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The potential bidders are invited to express interest in the following:

1. Metals Scrap.
2. Plastic Scrap.
3. PPEs & Plastic Scrap.
4. Cables Scrap.

All interested parties should submit Expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Letter introducing your Company.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB
• Valid tax clearance certificate issued by RRA
• Scope and value of previous Work undertaken in Rwanda for Scrap Purchases.

A Site Visit has been arranged for this tender on 12^th August 2025 from 10:00am to 11:00am.

Submission of Expressions of Interest to Rutongo Mines Limited in Procurement office: Rutongo, Masoro Sector,Rulindo District, Northern Province by not later than 18^th August 2025 at 03:00pm. Expressions of Interest received after 18th August 2025 after 03:00pm will unfortunately not be considered.
