JOB DETAILS:

Evaluation Expert: Cat. II (>6 Years Of Experience)
• General description: The Evaluation expert will lead in delivering the mid-term evaluation of the 11th EDF ADGP programme.
• Qualifications and skills required: Master degree in law or social sciences, with a minimum experience in project design, implementation and particularly on evaluation. Excellent written and spoken English, as well as excellent communication skills are required.

General professional experience:
• A minimum of six (6) years of international professional experience in development, with an expertise in projects related to accountability, rule of law and voice, accountability and CSO support projects.
• Specific professional experience:
• Track record in programme monitoring and evaluation in assignments, preferably in comparable developing country contexts;
• Strong knowledge of the EU evaluation policy, with an experience in conducting monitoring and evaluation of EU funded projects is a key advantage
• Experience in specific Evaluation of governance projects, preferably in Africa, is an advantage.
Language skills:
• A minimum C2-level expertise in English is required - Knowledge of French is an asset.
• Minimum number of working days: 50 days
