Job description
Filing Documents
• Receive and filing documents,
• 2.Organise the documentation and the archives of each unit;
• Analyse and transmit the corresponding reports stating
• Enter documents into Database using the available software;
• Index and file documents according to the documentation policies, rules and regulations;
• Identify and propose documents for National Archives Services;
Manage Periodicals
• Ensure the subscription for periodicals;
• Collect the official Gazettes regularly;
• Ensure that periodicals are supplied and dispatched to the users timely;
• To circulate information on articles published;
• MANAGEMENT OF THE LIBRARY
• Work with the users and identify the required Books for purchase;
• Process the request for the purchase;
• Ensure Books are given reference numbers safely kept;
• Lend out text books to the users and make sure they are returned timely;

• Advanced Diploma in Office Management
