• To ensure the planning and coordination of activities of the ICT unit;
• To prepare and monitor the implementation and execution of the strategic and operational plans.
• Leads, directs and oversees the Information Communications Technology function and ensures continuous operation and cost efficiency of the Prosecution systems.

Job Profile
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Information Management System with 1 years of relevant working experience or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Information Management System with 3 years of relevant working experience and Certifications in A+, N+ is required; Certifications in CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, MCTs (.NET),LAMP/WAMP Framework or MCITP are an added advantage.
Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Knowledge of Rwanda's justice ICT Policies and Strategies as well as National ICT Policy;
• Deep Understanding of information technology and telecommunications;
• Knowledge to research and analyze technology problems, issues, and program requirements;
• Knowledge of computer hardware/software technologies;
• Understanding prosecution case management systems and procedures,
• Highly Proficient with Micro Soft Windows operating System,
• Proficient in Micro soft office product,
• Knowledge of AD, exchange, VPN, Router and wireless internet access,
• Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and programing,
• Interpersonal Skills;
• Communication skills;
• Negotiation Skills;
• Problem solving skills; • Analytical skills; • Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.
