NATIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTION AUTHORITY. .

  Job Description
• To ensure the planning and coordination of activities of the ICT unit;
• To prepare and monitor the implementation and execution of the strategic and operational plans.
• Leads, directs and oversees the Information Communications Technology function and ensures continuous operation and cost efficiency of the Prosecution systems.

  Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:
• Knowledge of Rwanda's justice ICT Policies and Strategies as well as National ICT Policy;
• Deep Understanding of information technology and telecommunications;
• Knowledge to research and analyze technology problems, issues, and program requirements.
• Knowledge of computer hardware/software technologies.

• Analytical skills a
- Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage.

  Job Profile
• A0 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with 3 years of working experience or A1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with a Certifications in A+, N+ is required; Certifications in CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, MCTs (.NET),LAMP/WAMP Framework or MCITP are an added advantageKeyexperience in ICT or A0 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with 4 years of working experience and Certifications in A+, N+ is required; Certifications in CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, MCTs (.NET),LAMP/WAMP Framework or MCITP are an added advantage.
