Submission Procedure
Eligibility The Bank invites interested and eligible developers to submit proposals for the development of any of the bank owned premises located in Masaka and Kabarondo based on the detailed tender document. This document is available at the Procurement office located at BPR building on 9th Floor in Kigali Rwanda.

The proposals for each property must be in sealed envelopes clearly indicating both the RFP reference number and name of the property, and must be delivered by hand to the Procurement office located on 9th Floor of BPR Bank building addressed as follows:
