Data Analyst, Operations Support
What We'll Bring:
This position deals with the data help desk area as well as data processing, quality and accuracy. The associate is responsible for handling routine customer help desk calls associated with data issues, logging problem tickets, call escalation and vendor escalation. on the supply of and correction of data submissions.

What You'll Bring:
The role is also responsible for ensuring that data received by the Credit Bureau is secured, tested, loaded, cleaned (where applicable) and available for use by the business in accordance with agreed management principles and validations per data set. The position is required to manage the liaison with data suppliers and clients
