TENDER TITLE: Dark Web Monitoring Solutions

INVITATION TO TENDER № 57/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/09/06/2025

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to invite bids from local and international suppliers for the supply of a Dark web monitoring Solutions.

Terms of References for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 30^th June 2025. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 29^th July 2025 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf for local companies and USD for foreign companies, and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, technical proposal, provide resume detailing the qualifications and experiences of key staff on the project, the delivery period and warranty period and any other relevant information specified service in the Terms of References.

3. Proof of experience of at least 3 years in providing similar services
4. Tax clearance certificate
5. Audited financial statements for the last 3 years.
