Role:
As the Customer Success Officer,  you will be responsible of marketing actions plan for the improvement of the renewal rate. .

What you will do:
• Assisting in the marketing deployment of action plans to improve renewal rate, upgrade and win back;
• The monitoring of payment platforms (Telco / Bank / REX);
• Prospect, create and monitor renewal physical points;
• Challenge renewal physical points;
• Share marketing offers and promotions with sales teams (including training);
• Insure the good providing of renewal communication material on POS;
• Update performance monitoring tools (Business Review etc.);
• Collect and share information about competition (competitive intelligence).

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any related field;
• You have data-analysis skills;
• You are customer-oriented;
• You have a sense of autonomy and responsibility;
• You have good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
• You are innovative and pro-active;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); 
• You can speak fluently English and Kinyarwanda  (good French is a plus).
