JOB DETAILS:
HRMS Ltd - Job in Rwanda is recruiting for one of its clients. A leading, global provider of business and IT support services, and a developer of technologies that enhance the customer experience by enabling their teams to work more effectively. .

Job Responsibilities
• Supervises the training organization for all accounts
• Supervises the Training Core Team
• Responsible for weekly and monthly Global reports (training hours, business review)
• Delivers program completion reports
• Monitors compliance
• In charge of site-level learning projects (planning, developments, launch, reporting)
• Detects improvement areas
• Develops and implements improvement initiatives
• Instructional design (E-learning, classroom training)
• Develops and delivers management level leadership courses
• Works along with the Global Training team in matters of coordination and standardization
• Maintains yearly training pipeline and training forecast (6-12 month

Job Qualifications
• Experience managing training operations/activities within a multi-disciplined environment, ideally for an IT-related company
• Knowledge of adult instructional and learning theories and principles including adult learning (andragogy)
• Communication skills across multiple organizational levels
• Skills in presentation, facilitation, and coaching
• Flexible and proactive
• Excellent written and oral English language
• Proficient with learning and development systems – learning management systems, content management systems, and human resource management systems
• Experience managing small teams of instructional designers/trainers is a plus
• Experience in a technical support environment is a plus
