CONSULTANCY TO PRODUCE THE END-TERM EVALUATION REPORT OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN OF THE REGIONAL CENTER OF EXCELLENCE AGAINST GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE AND CHILD ABUSE (RCoE) AND DEVELOP A NEW FIVE-YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN (2025/2026-2029/2030)

CHAI in partnership with the Regional Center of Excellence Against Gender-Based Violence and Child Abuse (RCoE), The Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Rwanda National Police (RNP), seeks to hire a consultant with expertise in strategic planning, GBV, and child abuse prevention and response. The consultant will play a crucial role in preparing end-term evaluation report of the concluded RCoE strategic plan and developing a new five-year strategic plan aligned with Rwanda's national development goals to enhance the RCoE's capacity to effectively address GBV and child abuse.

Please send well written proposal documents prepared in English, including a detailed CV, cover letter, proof of past similar assignment, work methodology and plan schedule, consultant rates and any other relevant documentation as detailed in attached ToRs, to this email address rwandaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org, with “Individual consultancy proposal” in the subject line not later than Tuesday 15^th October 2024 at 05:00 pm local time. It shall remain responsibility of the applicants to ensure that bids will reach the address email above on or before the deadline. Bids documents that are received by CHAI after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. Only shortlisted companies will be contacted.

Any questions/concerns/clarifications related to this tender must be sent to rwandaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org not later than 3 days before the deadline for submission. Any questions/concerns/clarifications received after this deadline will not be considered.
