Consultancy for development of an Agrovet Business in Kigali

Send a Cow Rwanda invites suitably qualified consultant for the following undertaking:

Terms of reference for Consultant

1. Carry out a feasibility study for an Agrovet (inputs and services) in Kigali.

a. Shop Business expected to deal in Veterinary drugs, Fertilisers, agricultural equipment, seeds, and other agricultural inputs

b. Shop will offer paid-for services in crops and livestock farming

c. Offer farming  advice and training services

2. Review and improve on current business and financial plans, and determine viability.

a.Review  and improve business & financial plans in light of current and future market trends

b. Determine the best positioning for the Agrovet business on the supply chain. E.g. Importer or wholesaler or retailer.

3. Based on viability, propose an implementation
