COGEBANQUE Plc invites all qualified bidders to submit their proposals for the lenders mentioned above. The request for proposals will be obtained any working day from 08 February 2023 from the main reception of Cogebanque Head Office upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fees of thirty thousand Rwanda francs (Rwf 30,000), this fees shall be paid at COGEBANQUE Account N° 00007490004-67.
