TENDER NOTICE - INVITATION FOR BIDS
TENDER TITLE:
OPEN TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROAD, CONFERENCE HALL, LATRINES, AND FACILITY REHABILITATION IN KIZIBA, MAHAMA, AND NYABIHEKE REFUGEE CAMPS.
Tender Number: AUGUST 16, 2024 – ADRA RWANDA
ADRA Rwanda, in partnership with MINEMA and UNHCR, under the project “UBB,” invites eligible bidders to submit their bid offers for the services mentioned above, divided into four lots as detailed below:

- Well-printed, properly bound, and sealed bids, presented in two separate documents (financial and technical), in two copies—one of which must be marked "Original"—must reach ADRA Rwanda Head Office located at KG2 567 ST 14, Kacyiru Sector, Gasabo District, Kigali City, not later thanSeptember 10, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. Late bids will be rejected. The public opening will take place at 10:30 a.m.on the same day.
- The copies should be placed in ‘inner envelopes’ bearing the name and address of the company. All copies should then be placed in an outer envelope marked with the reference number of the tender and its title.
- The bids must have a validity period of ninety (90) days from the bid opening date.
- For any inquiries, you may write to procurement@ADRA-Rwanda.org at least one day before the bid submission deadline.
- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and collect the bidding documents at ADRA Head Office during working hours.
- A complete set of tender documents with all detailed conditions in English can be obtained during working hours from ADRA Rwanda’s Head Office, starting from August 20, 2024.

- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security issued by a bank using the Bid Security Form included in the bidding document. The sum should be Rwf 1,000,000for Lot 1, Lot 2, and Lot 3, and Rwf 500,000 for Lot 4. The bid security shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days beyond the deadline of the bid validity period.
- In case foreign companies participate in this tender, a local preference of 10% shall apply.
