Kibogora Polytechnic invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the tender of CONSTRUCTION OF FENCE FOR KP PLOT as per the details under the statement of Requirements.

The tender document may be obtained from Kibogora Polytechnic Procurement office. For submission of their bids, all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of ten Thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs to account number: "4933260274101-85" the accounts of Kibogora Polytechnic opened in BPR.

A Compulsory site visit is scheduled on, 02nd August, 2023 from 14:00 p.m. local time to 15:00 p.m. local time and will be conducted by Kibogora Polytechnic, the venue for departure is the Petrol station new Kabuga commercial center, Bidders will cater for their own transport and other expenses related to site visit.

All bids will be submitted at Kibogora Polytechnic main conference hall on Wednesday the 09/08/2023 time: 15h00'. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened immediately after submission.

All interested bidders may obtain complementary information if needed by writing using KP email info@kp.ac.rw copy to procurement@kp.ac.rw not later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
