Request for quotations “RFQ 2024/12/LOG/OP/014 Construction and partitioning at Urwego bank Head Office

Urwego Finance CBC hereby invites interested professional companies to submit their financial proposal for construction and partitioning of three new offices, combining two small offices and expending board room at Urwego Finance CBC Head Office. 

Please note also the following:

• All the quotations should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the following mentions: “RFQ 2024/12/LOG/OP/014 construction and partitioning of three new offices, combining two small offices and expending board room at Urwego Finance CBC Head Office.
• Prospective bidders are advised to prepare their quotations based on the attached bills of quantity. They are welcome to conduct a site visit anytime between December 16th and 18th, 2024, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.
• The quotations received and acknowledged at the Head Office will be opened and analyzed to select the best quotation."
• The members of the Urwego Finance Tender Committee will then inform each bidder of the selection decision.
• The quotations should include following documents: VAT registration Certificate, Tax clearance, and RDB certificate
• Note 1: The bidder must be registered in the relevant field according to the RDB (Rwanda Development Board) registration certificate and should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the specific area related to this tender.
• Note 2 : On attachment you will see the BOQ and scope of work to be done (please consider this)
• Note 3:The best bidder will be required to work day and night with minimum supervision and within 10 days.
• The selected company will be ready to start works immediately after receiving the tender notification and the contract.
• The selected company will not receive any advance payment until the work is completed, or as stipulated in the signed contract.

Deadline for submission is on Monday 27^thDecember ,2024 at 3:00 PM.

Venue for submission: kindly submit your sealed bids quoting tender reference number,at the Reception of Urwego Finance located at Remera KISIMENTI , KG 5 RD, Rukiri-Remera-Gasabo- Umuyenzi Plaza.
