Description of the service: Conducting a baseline study for the “Enhancing Women’s Economic Opportunities, Workplace Conditions, and Gender Equality in the tea sector in the Western Province of Rwanda” Project

Health Poverty Action is currently implementing a women’s economic empowerment and gender equality project in the Western Province of Rwanda and seeks to hire a Rwanda based consulting firm to conduct a baseline survey.
