Job Description
• Assessing client's behavior and needs via observation, interviews and psychometric tests (Making assessments and interpretations based on bio psychosocial evaluations, psychometric tests, semi structured interviews and therapy sessions)
• Developing, administering and monitoring appropriate treatment therapies and strategies
• Undertaking research oriented in mental Health field;( May develop and implement clinical research programs)
• Writing reports of different interventions according to the site where is deployed (Documents therapy in accordance with policies and procedures regarding medical records; implements and adheres to policies which ensure patient confidentiality)
• Providing support and advice to careers;(Collaborating with other healthcare providers to evaluate medical and physical condition of in and out patients).
• Participating in meeting, advising and liaising with other health professionals;
• Helping clients to make positive changes to their lives.
• Initiate research activities
• Submit monthly, quarterly and annually report to the supervisor
• Perform other related duties as required
• Provides crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment
