Chef of Coffee Mine
Who We Are :
EUROTRADE INTERNATIONAL Ltd is a Mining Company, situated at Shyorongi Sector, Rulindo District, Northern Province.
The Management of ETI informs the public that it is recruiting Competent, Qualified, and Experienced staff for the following positions:

Knowledge.
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of culinary techniques and practices in cooking Rwandan food but also have a great knowledge of European food.
• An understanding of menu and recipe development
• An awareness of culinary trends in the food industry.

Education
• Have a high school degree or similar.
• Formal training in culinary skills certified
• At least 3 years experience working in kitchens.
• Food safety handling certs.
• First aid and safe knife handling experience.
• Bilingual English.

Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for creating a preparation list in the kitchen for other members of staff to follow
• Creating special boards on a daily basis.
• You must have a good understanding of food safety, storage, rotation, handling, and storing fresh meats and produce.
• Be able to read and prepare food from menu in a constant manner, correct portion sizes, and Presentation of the food.
• Be sure that food is served out in a timely manner
• Be able to establish a maintenance and cleaning schedule on all equipment storage work areas and work surface areas in the kitchen and cooking areas.
