Job Description :
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of practical and theoretical courses, aiming to equip learners with the skills needed to excel in Carpentry.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement Carpentry training programs, covering various woodworking techniques,
2. Deliver practical and theoretical lessons, providing clear demonstrations and guiding learners in acquiring practical skills.
3. Evaluate learners' progress, provide constructive feedback and adapt teaching methods according to individual needs.
4. Collaborate with the educational team to develop and update training programs.
5. Maintain a positive and safe learning environment, encouraging creativity and innovation.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a carpenter with excellent mastery of carpentry techniques.
2. Proven teaching skills, with the ability to effectively convey practical knowledge.
3. In-depth knowledge of carpentry safety standards.
4. Ability to design training programs and evaluate learner progress.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
6. Academic training or certification in Carpentry
7. Proven teaching skills and ability to communicate effectively with different levels of learners.
8. Creativity, passion for the profession and in-depth knowledge of current carpentry trends
9. Ability to work independently and in a team.
