RE: CANCELLATION OF TENDERING PROCESS

Reference is made to the tender NO.020/NCB/G/2022-2023/RAC for maintenance of electrical equipment and supply of spare parts at Kamembe Airport, which was advertised on 19th October 2023.

Rwanda Airports company would like to inform all interested bidders that, in line with clause 19.2 of the RAC procurement Manual, the above mentioned tender in cancelled due to change in technical and contractual details to such an extent that it is more appropriate to issue a new bidding document, than to modify the existing bidding document.

The above mentioned tender will be re-advertised very soon and encourage you to participate when advertised.
