JALI FINANCE is a non-deposit taking financial institution in Rwanda with a mission to promote impactful consumption through credit financing. Our focus is on environmental products, revenue-generating assets, and made-in-Africa products. We specialize in motorcycle asset financing, creating job opportunities for unemployed youth. We plan to develop additional financial products that will give local factories a competitive advantage over imported goods, leading to an increase in GDP, jobs creation, export-import balance of payment, and self reliance through tax attraction.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify, suppliers must have a well-established network with fuel stations located in the following districts:

• Nyarugenge
• Gasabo
• Kicukiro
• Kayonza
• Rwamagana

Requirements

Interested suppliers should demonstrate:

1. Capacity: Ability to provide a continuous and adequate supply of fuel to support our operations, ensuring no disruptions in service.
2. Reliability: A proven track record of delivering high-quality fuel consistently and on time.
3. Competitive Pricing: Transparent and cost-effective pricing structures that offer value for money.
