Call For Expression Of Interest
The National Pharmacy Council (NPC) is an independent statutory regulatory organization accountable for the regulation of the pharmacy profession in Rwanda. It has been established by law No 45/2012 of 14/01/2013 relating to the organization, functioning, and competence of the Council of pharmacists herein referred to as National Pharmacy Council.
The National Pharmacy Council is seeking offers from reputable, well-established, and experienced hotels, duly incorporated under the Laws of Rwanda, to provide Accommodation, Conference, and Event Management Services on a long-term agreement at fixed prices for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
A document with detailed specifications and scope of services is available at the National Pharmacy Council office, located at MIC Building, 4th Floor, KN2 Avenue, Nyarugenge, Kigali; from 9:00 am to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Submission Procedure
Interested hotels should submit their offers in hard copies in two sealed envelopes, one original and its copy, clearly marked “Provision of Hotel Services” on September 1, 2022, from 10:00 am to 10:30 am to the aforementioned addresses. The bid opening will subsequently take place on the same day at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
