Job Description
As part of our growth, we are recruiting a versatile and detail-oriented HR assistant capable of managing administrative HR tasks and collaborating with internal and external teams (employees, payroll service, management). The candidate must have a good command of basic HR practices, office tools, and demonstrate discretion and responsiveness.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Manage administrative tasks related to personnel (contracts, documents, files)
- Track absences, leave, medical certificates, and attendance sheets
- Assist in preparing payroll elements and their transmission
- Update HR files and data in the internal database
- Handle internal HR-related communications (emails, notices, reminders)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare certificates, official letters, and HR administrative documents
- Maintain consistent communication with management and other departments
Qualifications and Skills
- Solid understanding of HR management principles
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong sense of confidentiality, attention to detail, adherence to procedures
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in HR management is a plus
- Knowledge of HR CRM systems is a bonus
