Parts Manager
Missions / Issues of the function
The job is to ensure the proper management and optimization of delivery times.
Main activities of the function
- Prepare transit files
- Follow up of inspections if necessary
- Processing and follow-up of end-to-end shipments until delivery in the store.
- Update KPIs on deadlines on a daily basis.
- Control the amount of invoices from international and local freight forwarders.
- Inform the forwarder of incoming goods, ensure that customs clearance and delivery to the store is on time.
- Coordination, monitoring of the payment of duties and taxes and control of the amount to be paid to the customs
- Preparation of the application to the insurers in case of damage and / or missing and / or transfer file to the legal service if necessary. Follow the refund.
- Request and follow the refund in the event of an error by the forwarder.
- Preparation of invoices to be paid on time to suppliers.
- Arrange the unloading if necessary (telescopic rental, cart, daily ...)
- Make the claims to Cat and follow the refunds in case of anomaly found by the storekeeper
Send KPIs to TEF
- Also deal with Incoterm CIP (NPD) deliveries
- Prepare and be the guarantor of the cost records and update the ABR recap file
- Prepare the monthly tracking chart
- Follow all back orders
- Anticipate demand, track ERP procurement parameters, track stock levels, supplies, turnover and stock efficiency
- Take care of the supply of consumables and avoid the out of stock
- Stock order proposal analysis
