Before submission of your bid.
5. Date for submission of bids: 3^rd  Frebruary 2023 at 10: 00 am opening will be same time at 10:30am at Bella flowers office Located at Gishali- Rwamagana
6. Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days from the day of bid opening. Late bids will be rejected

7. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the procurement manual
