ADDENDUM TO THE TENDER DOCUMENT FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES REFERENCED 21/S/2023-24/OCB/QCBS/BNR

The National Bank of Rwanda would like to inform potential bidders that other compulsory sites visit of tender for provision of cleaning services will be organized: at BNR Headquarters on 15th January 2024 from 10:00 am, at Musanze Branch on 16th January 2024 from 10:00 am and Rubavu Branch from 3:00 pm, at Huye Branch on 17th January 2024 from 11:00 am, at Rusizi Branch on 18th January 2024 from 2:00 pm, and Rwamagana Branch on 19th January 2024 from 10:00 am. Aforementioned compul- sory sites visit concerns potential bidders who didn't participate in the previous ones.

The deadline for submission of bids is postponed to 30th January 2024 at 10:00 am local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at National Bank of Rwanda on the same date at 10:30 am local time. Other requirements that have not modified by the present tender notice remain unchanged.
