TENDER REFERENCE: 033/G/EOI/2024/2025/RMS LTD

TENDER TITLE: CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR LOCAL MANUFACTURERS OF PHARMACEUTICALS AND HEALTH COMMODITIES

Rwanda Medical Supply Limited would like to notify invited manufacturers the following amendments regarding the aforementioned tender.

Additional Requirement

Indeed, after the publication of the aforesaid tender, we noticed that we forgot to mention another requirement related to the requested documents. The latter is the added to the list of requirements.

• Manufacturing license/Permit provided by RDB
• GMP/QMS or registration certificate provided by RFDA replacing the License to operate a wholesale pharmacy which had been requested.

Extension of bids submission deadline

Due the additional requirement, the deadline for bids submission and opening is extended and fixed on 12^th September 2024.

NB: Other clauses, which are not mentioned in this addendum N^o1 remain unchanged as announced in initial tender.
