The NATIONAL COUNCIL OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has received funds from the Government of Rwanda (GoR), budget 2020-2021 towards the cost of the following tender: BEVERAGES AND REFRESHMENTS.
