Main Duties and Responsibilities:
. Provide accounting data and information for budget follow-up.
. Ensure compliance with GOR and EU financial guidelines.
. Prepare timely financial reports.
. Participate in budgeting and planning activities.
. Ensure bank account reconciliation and tax compliance.
. Record transactions in IEBMIS and process payments.
. Maintain filing systems and support audits.

Qualifications and Experience:
. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (specialized in Finance or Accounting).
. Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting or finance.
. Intermediate level of CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is a must.
. Experience with international development partners is an added advantage.
. Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
